PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Southwest Parcel A parcel of land being part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Seven North (T.7N.), Range Sixty-eight West (R.68W.) of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), County of Lorimer, State of Colorado and being all that part of said SW1/4 lying between that parcel of land as described in that Special Warranty Deed as recorded December 12, 1988 as Reception Number 88059158 of the records of the Lorimer County Clerk and Recorder (LCCR) and described in that Special Warranty Deed as recorded March 5, 1964 in Book .1239 on Page 491 of the records of the LCCR and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 15 and assuming the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of said Section 15 as bearing South 89'56'23" East a distance, of 2638.04 feet with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto: THENCE North 89'56'38" West along the South line of said SW1/4 a distance of 1530.49 feet to the Southwest Corner of that parcel of land as described in that Special Warranty Deed as recorded December 12, 1988 as Reception Number 88059158 of the records of the LCCR. Said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. From said point the Southwest Corner of said Section 15 bears North 89'56'38" West a distance of 1116.89 feet (Rec. N. 89'57'48" W., 1116.83 feet); THENCE continuing North 89'56'38" West along said South line a distance of 286.70 feet to the Southwest Corner of that parcel of land as described in that Special Warranty Deed as recorded March 5, 1964 in Book 1239 on Page 491 of the records of the LCCR. From said point the Southwest Corner of said Section 15 bears North 89'56'38" West a distance of 830.19 feet (Rec. S. 89'58' W., 828.0 feet); Thence along the Easterly and Northerly line of the aforesaid parcel of land by the following Five (5) courses and distances: THENCE North 00'03'22" East a distance of 30.25 feet (Rec. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Center Parcel A parcel of land being part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Seven North (T.7N.), Range Sixty-eight West (R.68W.) of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), County of Larimer, State of Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the South Quarter Corner of said Section 15 and assuming the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of said Section 15 as bearing South 89'56'23" East, as determined by a GPS observation, a distance of 2638.04 feet with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto: THENCE North 89'56'38" West along the South line of said SW1/4 a distance of 635.26 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE continuing North 89'56'38" West along said South line a distance of 615.25 feet to the Southeast Corner of that parcel of land described in that Special Warranty Deed as recorded December 12, 1988 as Reception Number 88059158 of the records of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder (LCCR). From said point the Southwest Corner of said Section 15 bears North 89'56'38" West a distance of 1396.88 feet (Rec.
