I think we all agree that a berm with oak trees will look nicer than a swale, besides, its code. >>> Marc Virata 05/02/03 10:51AM >>> I just now realized going through the file that I dragged the wrong planner (Ted) into a utility coordination meeting last Wednesday for the Golden Meadows 2nd Filing project. Ted, my apologies for dragging you into a discussion on a project that's not yours. Steve, my apologies for not dragging you into said discussion. This particular discussion centered on the question of whether the Golden Meadows 2nd Filing could have an open ditch within the 80' setback much like Safeway or is berming required per the Harmony Corridor Plan. I just recalled Ted providing much of the discussion at staff review on this particular situation and incorrectly tied that to Ted being the planner. This discussion last Wednesday at the utility coordination meeting concluded with the berming being a requirement and if the open ditch is still being proposed by the Developer, a modification is required to be approved to P&Z. Let me know if there's any issues based upon this discussion or my mistake in planner selection
