Hi Steve,
These are the pictures showing the existing landscaping that exists between
the two lots. As you can see, the screening is pretty effective and there
are a lot of existing trees.
Additionally, we are proposing to plant Isanti Dogwoods along our northern
property line. They will reach a height of about 5'. The existing shrub
plantings and our shrub plantings will become one hedge.
The code states that if you are between buildings or have collective
parking, you don't have to comply with the 5' setback. If you could let me
know if we comply with those exceptions listed in section 3.2.2.J, that
would be great.
