A detail of the outlet to the Poudre River has been provided in the revised plans. The rip -rap
stabilization matches the existing rip -rap on the river bank. No existing vegetation on this
section of river bank exists.

The outlet storm sewer sits inside an existing 25' utility easement. However, an existing
building sits 5' inside the existing easement. The storm sewer is placed outside of the
centerline of the easement to minimize impact to the building.
