RE: The Center at Rigden Farm — request for 60 day extension to FDP comment response
Dear Cameron,
I would like to request a 60 day extension for the submittal of The Center at Rigden Farm Final Plat and
Final Development Plan mylars and signed Development Agreement. This request is to prevent the
application from automatically lapsing and becoming null and void per Fort Collins Land Use Code 2.2.11
Step 11: Lapse.
I am unable to submit these documents within the 90 days following the April 18 comments from the city.
The purchase agreement with the current owner, Rigden Farms LLC does not allow these documents to be
recorded until after Ladco Properties closes on the sale. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Ladco
Properties, the close date has been delayed until the week of July 23, 2007.

Subject: The Center at Rigden Farm PDP Final Plan 60-day extension
Dear Don,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 60-day
extension to The Center at Rigden Farm PDP Final Plan resubmittal deadline.
With a 60-day extension to the July 17, 2007 deadline, your new resubmittal
deadline will be September 14, 2007.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding issues
associated with the project that you have outlined in your request letter. Should
you need an additional 30-day extension beyond that provided, please make an
extension request prior to the September 14th deadline.
