Thanx, sd From: Dave Pietenpol [mailto:dpietenpol@comcast.net] Sent: Friday, November 04, 2011 11:31 AM To: Steve Dush; Steve Olt Subject: Brownstones at Rigden Farm Steve & Steve — Thanks for meeting with me last week. I appreciate your input and ideas! Attached is the revised site plan incorporating the commercial area we discussed and also a more detailed view of the commercial corner. I think this is a very workable solution and could be a great corner. I spoke to our architect, Mikal Torgerson, about the plan to lower the floors in the residential units to allow for a future commercial use. Mikal told me he has done it in one of his buildings and that it was cost effective. I think we are on the right track and would appreciate knowing your thoughts. Thanks for your help with this. Have a good weekend, Dave Pietenpol 11/8/2011
