HomeMy WebLinkAboutSANCTUARY WEST - PDP - 30-07 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGN #30-07 Sanctuary West PDP 6,8,08 1 inch equals 600 feet June 12, 2008 Dear Resident: On Thursday, June 26, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible), in the Community Room at 215 North Mason Street*, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Public Hearing to consider a development proposal in your neighborhood. A decision on the proposal will result from this public hearing. Please access the building and Community Room by the public door at the north end of the building adjacent to the north parking lot. The Community Room is right inside and to the left of the building entry door. * This is a project known as Sanctuary West, Project Development Plan - #30-07. The applicant is proposing 112 new residential dwelling units (62 duplex and 50 single-family detached) on 26.6 acres located just to the north and west of the intersection of North Taft Hill Road and LaPorte Avenue (please see attached Vicinity Map). The property is in the LMN - Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood Zoning District. A Project Development Plan (PDP) submittal, for review of the required PDP documentation, was made to the City on October 10, 2007, and has been through 3 rounds of development review in the City. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
