T-Mobile representatives met with Bob Barkeen in April of this year and physically reviewed possible areas to locate a telecommunications facility near Harmony Road. Mr. Barkeen strongly suggested that T-Mobile co -locate on the existing PRPA pole or demonstrate that the pole will not meet the coverage objective prior to submitting an application for a telecommunication facility in that area. It was determined from a coverage perspective _ _ and structural standpoint that the PRPA pole would meet the needs of T-Mobile. Due to the results of the PRPA pole, T-Mobile is continuing to move forward on this proposed facility.
