Access to PSD site: Plans do not show a curb cut from Barton Drive to the District's property. The logical location would be directly across from Bacon Lane. 2. What storm water provisions are being made for the future development of a parking lot on District property? 3. Currently the District's property has not been annexed into the City, nor has the separate dedication documents been prepared. Can this be accomplished by adding the District to the Sanctuary West plat and annexation agreement? 4. The District has concern about maintenance and upkeep of the landscaping along Barton Drive, including the 5:1 slope easement. The plans we received do not include any landscaping drawings. Can the maintenance and upkeep of this area be assigned to the development while the District continues to maintain ownership of the property? By maintaining ownership, we have more control over students (i.e. smoking) along Barton Drive. I did have an opportunity to discuss these issues with Bill Veio last week, and he appears more than cooperative to resolve our concerns. I feel confident that our concerns can be addressed without delaying final approval. Thanks for giving us an opportunity to review the final plans for this project.
