Olt, This is a follow up to the conversation we had on August 16, 2007. 1 was not able to attend the meeting regarding Sanctuary West on August 15, 2007 and wanted to voice my opinion in this manner. I have lived in Fort Collins since April, 1980. I lived south for a great deal of that time until it was getting so crowded I had to leave. It is my opinion that developers have ruined every other part of Fort Collins, now they want to start on the one place left in town you have room to move. The infrastructure in this area has trouble supporting the people and cars now. It would be a catastrophe to bring in another 116 families and without widening Laporte Ave and Taft Hill Rd. There are very few businesses that would be completely overwhelmed or more business would move in which just exacerbates the problem. I certainly hope the City of Fort Collins will not approve a development of this magnitude as I believe it is too high density in this part of town. Thank You, Phyllis Salino-Homeowner 420 N. Sunset St.
