Project needs to be designed to comply with 3.4.1(1)(1-2). Equipment building needs to fit the character of

material as well as physical screening like a wall or fencing. Additionally, a more visually sensitive antenna
design should be used, using a stealth design or other measure to pull the antennas closer to the pole to
minimize the impact on the adjacent natural area(s).
