Equipment building needs to fit the character of Large habitat corridor (Spring Creek) Building needs to be screened in a sensitive manor using planting material as well as physical screening like a wall or fencing. Additionally, a more visually sensitive antenna design should be used, using a stealth design or other measure to pull the antennas closer to the pole to minimize the impact on the adjacent natural area(s).
