LANDSCAPE PLAN STATEMENT (This is an explanation of the Site Plan)
DIANE LOUISE JOHNSON CULTURAL CENTER

Please see architect's blue print for details.
There are four large Linden trees along Mulberry Street near
the street.
There are three red Maples, one crabapple and one ash tree near
the street on Wayne Street side.
There is one Blue Spruce, one boxelder tree and a small hedge
near the property line on the east side of the Diane Louise
Johnson Cultural Center.
There are two Austrian pines east of the swimming pool.
There are two small apple trees and one larger crabapple tree
south of the gazebo.
There is a boxelder tree in the lawn area between the Diane
Louise Johnson Cultural Center and the carriage house.
There is an upright juniper tree just north of the entrance to
the carriage house as wall as an ash tree.
There is a honeysuckle hedge bordering the alley near the
carriage house. There is another such hedge south of the
swimming pool.
There are two Juniper bushes. One is on the west side of the
front entrance of the Diane Louise Johnson Cultural Center and
one is on the south side of the west entrance to the cultural
center.
Two additional structures on the property are a brick ash pit
near the alley and a pool house at the north east corner of the
lot.
The following items noted on the site plan are to be added:
A fence near the south end of the swimming pool.
A handicap ramp will be installed at the entrance on Mulberry
Street
A hand rail will be installed at the west entrance on Wayne
