Mulberry Street, #24-03 Dear Mr. Olt, RFCFVRD BAR CURRENT Pvlt4 NlNG P.O. BOX 728 FT. COLUNS, CO 80522 (970) 20&1030 FAX (970) 206-1117 March 16, 2004 I am writing to protest the proposed cultural center planned for this location. As you are aware, West Mulberry is a heavily traveled arterial street in Fort Collins with no on -street parking for this location. For community members to visit this proposed cultural center, they would need to park on the adjacent side streets. Currently, there is very limited parking in this area. The cultural center would detrimentally impact the street parking of the residents that live adjacent to this property. 1 own 4 properties in the Mantz subdivision, one block away from the proposed project, and know first hand how limited the parking is. Please reject this proposal on the grounds that adequate parking does not exist for this type of use in the single family residential area that surrounds this location. me l y,a John Nicol Owner
