MULBERRY FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 80521 We are requesting only one variance and that is for parking. Due to the existing landscaping we have chosen not to eleminate any of the grass areas, trees or shrubs to provide for parking. As you can see in the master plan, the grass, trees and shrubs are necessary to keep the property in it's original state. Guests at the Diane Louise Johnson Cultural Center may park at Dunn Elementary School, American Baptist Church, Daryl Alexander State Farm lot, Seven -Eleven store or Gilsdorf Garage. There are two pedistrian cross walks with walk lights to and from these parking sites. Handicap sidewalk ramps are located at each intersection. We have a special driveway for wheel chairs and _ a wheel chair ramp is planned for the front doc on Mulberry Street. Although Wayne Street sh Nd provide all the parking spaces necessary, there are *f arkingspaces in our two drive ways. We will have our car occing one space, we will move our car whenever necessary.
