Subject: Sinclair Gas Station Variance
Good news! Eric Bracke approved both the TIS and the variance request for the 50' setback so you can
submit your plans without any further concerns. Just fill out line 48 of the General Notes stating that a
variance was granted to the 75' parking setback requirement and a 50' setback was approved by Traffic
Engineering (or something to that effect).
