(12/03/03) Why did the right-of-way dedication along Timberline change from 10.5
feet to 15.5 feet? According to the previous calculation, 10.5 feet was sufficient. Did
something change? The plat should indicate a 10.5 foot dedication along Timberline
Road. The site plan shows the dedication correctly.

(12/03/03) Did a C.A.D. layer get turned off? The plat is now missing the 10-foot
Public Service Company easement and the 20-foot PSCo easement as well.

(12/03/03) Some of the lines are too light to be reproduced or scanned. Please be
sure that all line weights are sufficient on the mylars for both reproducing and
scanning.
The plat needs to indicate that the parcel is "Lot One" and provide the square
footage of the entire lot, not the building envelope.
Be sure to indicate exterior building materials and color on the architectural sheet.
We are ready for signed mylars. For the plat, be sure to submit a total of three
mylars — one original and two copies.
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. As always, if you

Please provide an erosion control surety calculation.
Some of the proposed construction is outside your proposed silt fencing and
downstream (the detention area). How do you propose to account for this
construction in your plan?
Part of the site slopes to the north and/or northeast. What do you propose for the
protection of the north drive?
Your note # 9 states that gravel filters are to be installed on all inlets. Where is this?
Your note # 11 calls for the straw bales to be installed immediately following grading.
Where is this?
Your note #12 calls for seeding all disturbed areas "as described in the Grading and
Erosion Control notes on this sheet." What notes?
