Response to Conceptual Letter
Eckerd Drug - Southeast corner of East Drake Road and College
Avenue.

The following is a response to the Conceptual Review Staff Comments provided to
BHA Design on October 14, 2002.
A.) A demolition permit shall be obtained.
B.) The driveway access onto Drake Road will be a right in/ right out.
C.) At the date of submittal, no determination has been made on the right in/right out
access onto College from the Frontage Road.
D.) Existing separation of parking and Frontage Road will be maintained.
E.) A sidewalk and street trees have been added.
F.) The right-of-way on the Frontage Road is depicted on the site plan drawing.
G.) A water quality pond has been provided.
H.) The building has been placed along the Frontage Road within the allowable setbacks
per the City code.
