separate document. It may be helpful to prepare an easement exhibit showing
what's existing and what's proposed so that we can keep it all straight. You will
want to vacate the portion of the existing utility easement that is no longer
needed, however, that can not be done until the new easement is dedicated and
the new line installed.

[1/6/04] Site/Landscape/Utility - Relabel the private use easement to show
that the easement is private north of the utility easement and public south of
the utility easement. See the redlines on the Site Plan - I color -coded the
easement so that it is more clear.
Topic: Utility Plan
Number: 21 Created: 8/26/2003
[1/6/04] I think its safe to submit all the legal docs for the proposed
easements now that we've reached an agreement on what is required. Please
provide an overall exhibit along with the individual exhibits so that we can make
sure we've got everything covered. Just a reminder, the private easement is
private north of the utility easement and becomes a public easement on the
south side of it. See the redlines. Please see the Site Plan redlines - I
highlighted what should be public and what should be private.
[10/28/03] Sheet 4 is missing portions of the existing storm sewer easement.
Please submit all easement dedications and vacations by separate document
along with the appropriate exhibits. It may be helpful to submit an overall
exhibit sheet (8.5x11) showing all the existing and proposed easements.
(08/26/03) Show and label all existing and proposed utility easements, both on
and off -site. Please dedicate additional utility and drainage easements by
