Utility plan 37- No structure of any kind (foundation / footing, etc) will be in the utility easement. The columns on the south side of building 2 will have a straight foundation (not projecting in the utility easement). Light and Power Light and Power 1- 2 transformers have been located on both ends of the buildings. Transformer location takes into consideration the clearance criteria. Please find the attached revised Final Compliance Landscape Plan for submittal. Current Planning Comments Landscape 56. Discrepancies between the Landscape Plan and the Plant Schedule have been adjusted & corrected. 57. The utilities (computer layer) are not shown on the submitted Final Compliance Plan. 58. Proposed storm sewers are labeled on the Landscape Plan. The storm sewer and Phase Boundary line designations have been modified for clarity. Engineering General 27.
