Pad B Type I (LUC) 6/25/03 N 1 inch : 600 feet Comm%._.tty Planning and Environmenta. ervices Current Planning City of Fort Collins October 31, 2003 Dear Resident: On Monday, November 17, 2003, at 3:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible), in the Planning conference room, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an administrative public hearing to consider a development proposal in your neighborhood. This is a commercial project known as the SHOPKO PUD, PAD 'B' - Project Development Plan. The request is for 17,000 square feet of retail & office space in two buildings on a 1.8 acre site. The buildings will be one story (up to 30') in height. The project will be accessed from existing drives into the ShopKo Shopping Center from Boardwalk Drive and JFK Parkway. This project is located at the northwest corner of Boardwalk Drive and JFK Parkway east of South College Avenue. The ShopKo Discount Store is to the north and Ruby Tuesday Restaurant is to the west of this project site. The property is zoned C, Commercial in the City's Land Use Code. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
