Dear Mr Martinez
Once again we are writing you in regards to our. property at the corner of Lincoln & LeMay. The
Planning and Zoning board met last night and once again reviewed our request for a M-M-N zoning on
the property. This is of course involved in the overall ."Mulberry Corridor Plan" that is in the process of
being completed. As you know we have presented along with our developer a plan that we feel is a means
by which the property can be developed and.thus start the process of improving this area. Thus we request
yoursupport in allowing us the M-M-N zoning at your meeting on April 15,2003. We will be attending
this meeting weather.providing ourselves or will have.a representative there to further state our position
and hopefully answer any doubts you may have.
We look forward to meeting. with you on the 15' and hopefully can come to a zoning agreement so that
we can finally go forward with the sale and development of our property.
