The proposed project is commonly known as the East Mulberry Corridor Plan Rezone — Type II (LUC) — File # 11-03 . The East Mulberry Corridor Plan was adopted on September 17, 2002 by City Council. The City Structure Plan Map was amended on this same date to reflect the recommendations of the East Mulberry Corridor Plan. The proposed rezoning will bring the City Zoning Map in compliance with the East Mulberry Corridor Plan, an element of City Plan. This is a recommendation to change the zoning designation of 3 parcels totaling approximately 23.9 acres located at the northeast corner of Lincoln/Lemay Avenue, from Industrial (1) to Employment (E). In addition, a change to one parcel totaling approximately 1.19 acres located at the northeast corner of Lincoln/Lemay Avenue, from Industrial (1) to Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood (LMN). Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
