This is pretty close to what we talked about last week, though I have included a little more turf grass in the park area. Not really useable to play ball, but it could be used for picnics and such. With my rough calculations, we will have enough wetland mitigation area. I have also taken a look at what the park area would look like in the ultimate condition. In the ultimate, the final park area works much better. I would spread out the water quality pond to make a gentle slope, where the entire area could become useable turf grass, keeping the pathways and benches etc. Assuming this concept works, all that would remain to be decided is how much landscaping to put in now, and what to wait on for the ultimate channel. The big one being the trees of course. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
