Dear Mr. Veio,
On May 23, 2011 Steven Dush, Director of Current Planning, issued a letter of approval
for a six (6) month extension to the Sanctuary West, Project Development Plan that
received approval on July 10, 2008, The letter states that the Sanctuary West, Final Plans
must be approved by January 10, 2012 or they will expire. No further extensions are
available, as set forth in Section 2.2.11(C) of the Land Use Code.
As of January 10, 2012 the Utility Plans could not be fully signed; and, the Development
Agreement was not signed by the Developer and returned to the City of Fort Collins by
January 10`h. Therefore, the Subdivision Plat could not be signed by the City and
recorded.
Based on the above information the Sanctuary West, Project Development Plan has
expired. If you are interested in resubmitting the project, Community Development &
Neighborhood Services can offer you an expedited review process, though all standard
development review fees will apply.
If you have questions about this decision and are unable to reach me please contact Steve
Olt, City Planner, at 970-221-6341.
