The land is PSD, and the change was initiated by PSD (Ed Holder).
The two access points to the south multi -family will need sight distance easements.
I would also suggest a 3-lane section on the developments street at Laporte to allow for rights to turn
when lefts are having to wait.
Outside of that I like it.

Here is the new alignment for the western access point. It's a definite improvement.
They may have to dedicate sight distance easements and provide a letter from the property owner
allowing the road through their property prior to hearing. I'm not sure who owns that parcel yet ... I have to
look it up.
