Re: Sanctuary West — Proposed Bauder Street Alignment
Dear Mr. Veio,
Thank you for meeting with the Poudre School District to review the alignment of the
proposed new Bauder Street and the District's JSSC Service Center entrance. As we
discussed, it is in everyone's best interest to align these two access points entering on to
LaPorte Avenue. Please consider this letter as verification of the District's intent to work
with the Sanctuary West Development to dedicate the necessary road right-of-way and
the small parcel of land which lies adjacent to the east side of the right-of-way to achieve
this alignment. It is my understanding that dedication of the road right-of-way can be
done through your final plat approval by adding the District as a "signer". Please keep in
mind that only the Superintendent of Schools or his designee will be authorized to sign
the final plat. It is also my understanding that the District will have no financial
obligation in the surveying, engineering, or construction of the proposed Bauder Street.
