See the attached Annexation and Zoning submittal requirements sheet. See the description of what an
"annexation plat" (otherwise known as an "annexation map") is in the on that sheet. You submitted a drawing
for a subdivision plat, however, on annexation map is a different thing. Our Technical Services Office at 281
North College avenue can make you a blue print of any previous annexation to use as an example. Ive
included a copy of the Westchase Annexations for reference.

The city limit edge along Ziegler Road and Kechter Road is at the former edge of the right-of-way of those
streets where they existed prior to the platting of the Homestead PUD 2nd filing. Because the Homestead
PUD dedicated a strip of additional right of way with the development, the new right of way edge is no
longer on the city limit line. This strip of land between the new right of way line and the old right of way line
needs to be included in this annexation. Also, the entire width of Cornerstone Drive and Hearthstone Drive
adjacent to the project needs to be included in the annexation map boundary.

Why not just simplify the name of the Annexation. There's no requirement that the name of the development
be reflected in the name of the annexation. Perhaps you could name it the "Homestead Annexation" or the
"Homestead Acres Annexation" or something without all the PUD, PD, PLD, and Filing number references.

county.
