RE: Update of Wireless Communication Equipment Documents
Dear Mr. Richard:
Per our last conversation, we received positive feedback from the Fort Collins
planning department on September 8`h regarding the updated site plan for the
equipment shelter.
As previously mentioned, AT&T Wireless/General Dynamics did agree to turn
the site to an east/west orientation in order to ensure that traffic is not
obstructed in any way. In addition, increased landscaping will be added to the
site and decorative masonry blocks will secure the comers of the 6-foot cedar
fencing surround the equipment shelter.
I have enclosed 2 copies of the final Zoning Drawings (dated 9/12/03 on the
Drawing Index of page T01).
o Please date and sign the top page of one set of the Zoning Drawings and
return it to us in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. Please date and
sign the other set of Zoning Drawings and keep them for your files.
Your signature will indicate the church's approval of the final plans for
the equipment shelter.
o Please sign below confirming you agree to replace the exhibit from the
March 12`h, 2003 lease between AT&T Wireless and Faith Evangelical
Free Church with your copy of the dated and signed Zoning Drawings
inserted as the new lease exhibit. Please return this page in the self-
addressed envelope.
