Dear Resident:
On Monday, November 3, 2003, at 2:00 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue,
conference rooms A and B, the City of Fort Collins Hearing Officer will conduct
an Administrative Public Hearing for the consideration of a development proposal
in your neighborhood. The project is known as Summitview Community
Church Wireless Telecommunication Equipment, File #34-03.
This is a request to co -locate wireless telecommunication antenna atop an
existing 90 foot tall Platte River Power Authority electric transmission line. The
transmission pole is located adjacent to the parking lot of the Summitview
Community Church, along Drake Road. The supporting ground equipment will be
located within the parking lot as well. The property is zoned POL — Public Open
Lands Zone District.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are
encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the
opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details
of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the
project.
The affected property owners list for this project was derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting, so all may have the opportunity to attend.
