Section C-8:
The equipment shelter will have a 6-foot cedar fence to minimize the visual
impact of the facility. In addition; decorative masonry pillars of a dark
color will complement the surrounding environment.
Section C-9:
Security lighting is not planned for this wireless facility.
Section C-10:
This wireless facility will not interfere with electronics such as radios,
televisions, and computers.
Section C-11:
Access roads will continue to be capable of supporting all of the emergency
response -equipment of the Poudre Fire Authority.
Section C-12:
The wireless facility is not located near foothills or hogbacks.
Section C-13:
The wireless facility is not near an airport or flight path.
Section C-14:
The site for the wireless facility is not near any historic sites or structures.
Section C-15:
In order to minimize the visual impact of the wireless facility a 6-foot cedar
fence with decorative masonry pillars will be built around the ground
equipment and additional complementary landscaping will be planted.

PLANNING OBJECTIVES PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.8.13
Section B:
ATitT Wireless makes its facilities available to other carriers for the purpose
of collocation.
Section C-1:
Antennas will be attached to an existing PRPA pole. The equipment site
does not encroach upon any setback for POL zoning.
Section C-2:
The equipment shelter will have 6 foot cedar fencing with masonry pillars.
It will also have additional natural landscaping compatible with the
surrounding natural environment.
Section C-3:
The wireless equipment mounted to the PRPA pole is of the smallest
configuration technically possible while still providing adequate coverage
for the cellular network.
Section C-4:
The equipment shelter will be landscaped with five additional trees to
match existing landscaping. There will be an emphasis on planting on the
Drake Avenue side.
Section C-5:
The equipment shelter will have a 6-foot cedar fence as a screening device
to minimize the visual impact to the area. In addition, decorative masonry
pillars of a dark color will enhance the appearance of the fence.
Section C-6:
Additional berming is not planned for this site as the existing landscaping
will be supplemented by five trees of a complementary type.
Section C-7:
An irrigation system is not planned as the additional landscaping will be of a
similar type as the current landscaping which is sustainable without
irrigation.
