This development proposal is in a condition to be able to be scheduled for an administrative public hearing. Please contact me to schedule a date and time for the hearing, which must be held in the evening because the property for proposed development is in a residential neighborhood. We must have the required notification letter out to all Affected Property Owners at least 14 days prior to the date of the public hearing. The comments contained in this letter may be addressed with a re - submittal prior to public hearing or with a final plan check after the hearing. Please be sure and return all of your red -lined plans when you re -submit documents.
