a,b,c - We are submitting a subdivision plat with lot sizes above 5445 square feet.
d - One building is existing and the new building will meet setback requirements.
Roger Buffington - Water/Wastewater
a, b, c, a and f - Acknowledged
d - Separate services are designed on the utility plans and the meter pit close to the street.
Rob Irish - Light and Power
a - Utility easements are provided on the proposed subdivision.
b and c - Acknowledged
Glen Schlueter - Stormwater
a and b - Acknowledged
c and d - A drainage report and plan are submitted for review using the Impervious factor of that
basin as control.
Doug Moore - Natural Resources
a - A fugitive dust control permit is not required for one house.
b -16 landscape plan submitted fuse.
c - Acknowledged
d - 50' wide buffer may not apply for this development but ther is also no development within 50
feet of the ditch proposed.
Parks Planning Department - Acknowledged

c - TIS not required per phone conversation on 8/25/03 with Eric Brache
d - This project is dedicating a total 1/2 width of 42 feet.
e - The sidewalk is designed but the curb is proposed for escrow until a district is formed.
