We have however narrowed the drive to 24 feet of concrete at the intersection with Linden and, at your suggestion will be using 6 feet of pavers instead of gravel between the concrete and the west edge of the 30 foot easement. The use of pavers also helps us make the drainage work where the 30 foot easement butts up against the existing CTL Thompson building at the west. 2 — The transformer will be screened with landscaping on all sides including grass plants on the Willow Street side. This way when City Power needs access from Willow, they will not be blocked by hard shrubs. In addition we will apply to the Art In Public Places to have them paint the Transformer with a design appropriate for and reflecting the industrial heritage of Willow Street. Also the Utility Plan has been corrected to reflect the correct location for the transformer. 11 — Information requested has been added to the Lighting Plan. 12 — The light fixture referenced in Exterior Luminaire Schedule as EE will be recessed in brick exterior wall. 13 — Site Plan modified as requested. 14 — Typical cornice detail for both brick and stucco cornices is provided on elevations sheet ARCH 3. 15 — On the NE elevations: W9 reference added. W4 block wall is beyond stone base and is grey — has been referenced 16 — The nearest rooftop HVAC units are located back 29' 6'/2" from face of building and will not be visible within a lineal view of 927' from face of building. 1001 E.
