Please extend the "timeline" paver pattern through the new access and concrete repairs along Linden St. See redlines. Add a note to the utility plan to remove and reuse the existing decorative pavers. Show the timeline pattern on the site plan and utility plan. See redlines. 2. Please submit the dedication of easement documents for all easements needed for the project. Contact me if you need additional information on the process to dedicated easements by separate document or visit the Engineering Department development review web site at: httv://www.fcgov.com/engineering/devrev.phy 3. Please submit the information for development agreements document that was sent so I can begin to draft the Development Agreement that will be required as part of this project approval. Please contact me if you need additional information on the Development Agreement process.- OK, currently working on DA. Will have a draft for your review shortly. 4. Please add a place for the reception numbers for the easements that are to be recorded by separate document- See Redlines 5. Please add LCUASS sidewalk detail 1601 6. Please revise 5ft temp asphalt sidewalk note to 5ft temp concrete sidewalk on utility plan (sheet 3) per our discussion. 7. Please add "Contact Engineering Inspection prior to removal" to the fence removal note at the Linden/Willow corner. See redlines. Please revise on the site plan and utility plan. 8. Remove the words "to be dedicated" from the easement notes on the site plan. See redlines. 9. Is the tree along Linden to be relocated? Please confirm. If so, please add a note referencing this on the utility plan and site plan. 10. Add note to tree to be located along Linden St
