We will place provisions in the Condominium Declaration that the sewer line is a shared line and that all costs will be shared on an equitable basis, which basis will be worked out after final plans are approved, and that the association has the full responsibility for the repair, maintenance, and replacement of the sewer line without obligation or liability to the City of Fort Collins. We will need to decide whether this responsibility attaches at the connection to the main line or commences at the property boundary. Nevertheless, adequate provisions will be placed in the Declaration to ensure that the City has no responsibility.
