Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Monday, October 4th, 2004, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Xylem Design, 325 Cherry
Street, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood
meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as
Cherry Street Lofts, Project Development Plan, File #29-036.
This is a request for a 7,276 square foot mixed -use building on approximately 0.25 acres
located at 325 Cherry Street. The project also includes an affordable housing unit in an
existing single-family detached home located at 317 Cherry Street.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
