The Swale at the back of the lots needs to be included in the drainage
easement. The Swale can be moved closer to the lot line, or the drainage
easement can be enlarged.
This item has been scheduled for an administrative public hearing on Tuesday,
March 23, 2004, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue. The
issues and concerns expressed in this letter can be addressed with your Final
Compliance plan submittal after the public hearing. Be sure and return all red -
lined plans when you submit Final Compliance.

was dedicated, but it should be labeled on the plat as well. See redlines.

[11/21/03] A Development Agreement will be needed for this subdivision to
address concerns about the alley and sidewalk improvements. The alley will
have to be designed and constructed if more than one dwelling unit takes access
off of it. The current sidewalk along Elm St does not meet standards, so each
lot would be responsible for constructing a sidewalk to standards as it develops.
