The Swale can be moved closer to the lot line, or the drainage easement can be enlarged. This item has been scheduled for an administrative public hearing on Tuesday, March 23, 2004, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue. The issues and concerns expressed in this letter can be addressed with your Final Compliance plan submittal after the public hearing. Be sure and return all red - lined plans when you submit Final Compliance. The alley will have to be designed and constructed if more than one dwelling unit takes access off of it. The current sidewalk along Elm St does not meet standards, so each lot would be responsible for constructing a sidewalk to standards as it develops.
