I wanted to recap what we came away understanding as a result of the meeting. XYLEM DESIGN, 'Ilse Relentless Pursuit Of Excellence 1- The project will provide for one (10%) affordable unit as defined by city ordinance # 19 section 5.1.2 of the land use code. 2- Mickey will communicate with Maurice Head regarding the details of the affordable unit contracts and how our obligations are to be handled on a long-term basis. 3- We agreed that due to the nature of the project and the immediate neighborhood conditions, that the balance of the lofts will be more reasonably priced than the Pine Street Lofts or the Cortina Loft projects as proposed. However, due to our desire to offer a project of lasting quality combined with radically increased building material costs, we are not in a position to commit to a specific dollar amount. If your understanding is different than this, kindly let me know at your earliest convenience.
