That sounds better but I still feel there may be over flow parking on or our side of the street that would
impact our residents needs.

Jeff,
The applicant will be proposing to convert the on -street parking on Meldrum between Maple and Cherry to
diagonal, and to eliminate the driveway cuts of the existing light industrial building along Cherry so the
building's frontage along Cherry consists entirely of parallel parking spaces. The answer to your question
however is yes, on -street parking is the only parking proposed to serve the new units.

Hi Troy,
The Housing Corporation owns the properties that are directly north of this property across Cherry Street.
Our residents have no driveways and must use on street parking for them selves and their guests. I have
concerns with the resident/guest parking from the proposed 8 unit apartment and office complex spilling
across Cherry street and our residents not having places to park their own vehicles.
Is on street parking all that is planned for the 8 residents and their guests at the proposed development?
Other wise having residential development along Cherry street would be welcomed.
