The answer to your question however is yes, on -street parking is the only parking proposed to serve the new units. Our residents have no driveways and must use on street parking for them selves and their guests. I have concerns with the resident/guest parking from the proposed 8 unit apartment and office complex spilling across Cherry street and our residents not having places to park their own vehicles. Is on street parking all that is planned for the 8 residents and their guests at the proposed development? Other wise having residential development along Cherry street would be welcomed.
