Cameron,
The First MainStreet Bank, PDP went to an administrative public hearing on June 28, 2004, and was
approved by the Hearing Officer (Linda Michow) on July 12, 2004. Therefore, based on the approval date
of 7/12/04, the Final Plans must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by July 12, 2007. Otherwise, the
PDP would become null and void.
The Final Compliance Plans for First MainStreet Bank were submitted to us on July 6, 2004. The plans
have been through 1 round of development review, with a staff comment letter going out to the
applicant/development on August 6, 2004. With the exception of an applicant/developer response letter to
the staff letter of 8/06/04 and a couple of a -mails between Marc Virata and a representative for First
MainStreet Bank, in November of 2004, there is no other activity of record in our Current Planning file (#37-
03).
As Marc suggested this morning at our staff meeting, possibly a minor amendment to the approved PDP
could be submitted for review, depending on the proposed changes. Also, if this were done, would the
approval date for a minor amendment then start the 3-year time clock for submittal, review, and approval
of Final Plans? It seems to me that would be the case.
