Snow" <Brian.Snow@ColoState.EDU> Organization: Colorado State University To: Rich Brewbaker <rrewbaker@fcgov.com> You have the right e-mail address. I greatly appreciate your efforts. I am a bit curious about the reference to reduction of the number of vehicle on this road. Traffic seems to have increased substantially during the last six month to a year. Was you data recently developed? You are right that the efforts to mitigate speed and volume have not been successful. One issue that troubles me is that he "speed bumps" have been whittled down as a result of repaving. The bumps on Breakwater to the north of Whaler's Way are higher and much more protective. Is there any way something can be done to correct or restore those on Whaler's Way? I think that would be helpful. Thank you. Brian A.
