HomeMy WebLinkAboutFIRST MAINSTREET BANK - PDP - 37-03 - CORRESPONDENCE - CITY STAFFSteve bit- Re: First MainStreet Bank From: Marc Virata To: Basil Hamdan; Cathy Mathis; Steve Olt Date: 5/21 /04 10:02AM Subject: Re: First MainStreet Bank As Basil had mentioned, utility issues appear to have been coordinated. I'd support scheduling for a hearing provided that I can see an updated plan as a result of a previous meeting with Cathy and Jay that shows the future attached sidewalk along Boardwalk as 7' and has the right-of-way and utility easement revised to reflect this change on the Boardwalk side. >>> Basil Hamdan 05/21/04 08:59AM >>> Steve, We had a utility coordination meeting on First Main Street Bank a couple of weeks ago and I think that from a staff perspective, we feel I that the utilities coordination issues have been resolved on this site. Basil >>> Steve Olt 05/21/04 08:31 AM >>> Cathy, The closing paragraph in my comment letter dated April 15, 2004 says that "It appears that another round of staff review is necessary, unless the outstanding issues could be worked out in a utility coordination meeting setting". Typically, the City's development review engineer works with an applicant to schedule a utility coordination meeting. To you knowledge, has Marc Virata been contacted to schedule such a meeting? At this time I need some assurance from other City departments that the item is in a condition to proceed to public hearing. Steve >>> "Cathy Mathis" <cmathis(cDvfavfr.com> 05/21/04 08:16AM >>> Steve, I haven't heard anything from you regarding the First Main Street Bank PDP and whether or not we can get scheduled for a public hearing or if we will have to have another round of review. Timing is critical, as they want to be under construction in the fall. Thanks! Cathy CC: Jeff Hill; Tom Reiff
