Re: Permit Application # — Cingular Cell Site
I am writing to address the plan review comments dated 11/21/2005. Plan review comments
are in underlined.
General Plannine
[11/15/051 Need proper signature blocks and a legal description on cover
sheet. Signature blocks should include owner's signature and notary or attorney's
certification, and a signature block for the Director of Current Planning.
The signature blocks have been added to the cover sheet.
Light and Power
Equipment enclosure is shown on top of existing electric line. The enclosure
will need to be moved to allow a minimum of T clearance from the electric line.
The equipment enclosure/lease area has been moved 8'-0" to the south to accommodate the
clearances.
A single phase 120/240v transformer will be set next to the enclosure to provide
power.
The new transformer has been indicated on the plans north of the lease area.
Stormwater — Water - Wastewater
Sewer is not shown
There is a water main and a sanitary sewer that extend west from Taft on the
south side of the Farmers Table and behind the buildings to the northwest. Field
locate these lines and show on the site plan so that potential conflicts (if any) can be
identified.
The surveyor stated that all utilities have been noted on the civil survey and should be
referenced there. Any additional items were not marked with the utility locates.
