blocks should include owner's signature and notary or attorneys certification, and a
signature block for the Director of Current Planning.

administrative hearing for this project.
If the project needs to be moved to accommodate the utilities and utility separation
requirements, there may be setback issues with the tower. Keep these in mind.

[9/21/05] There is a water main and a sanitary sewer that extend west from Taft on the
south side of the Farmers Table and behind the buildings to the northwest. Field locate
these lines and show on the site plan so that potential conflicts (if any) can be identified.
