HomeMy WebLinkAboutHOUSKA AUTOMOTIVE PLAT - PDP - 30-03 - CORRESPONDENCE - (3)Department: Zoning Issue Contact: Jenny Nuckols Topic: Zoning Number: 1 Created: 8/28/2003 No comments. Additional City staff comments are as follows: 1. Len Hilderbrand of Xcel Energy (Public Service Company of Colorado) offered the following comments: a. PSCO has both low and high pressure gas mains located in the (Riverside Avenue) street right-of-way in front of the property being platted. b. No trees may be planted within 4' of gas lines. 2. On the Vicinity Map at the upper left-hand corner of the plat, the first street south of Highway 14 (East Mulberry Street) is actually East Myrtle Street, not Olive Street. 3. This property is being platted for the first time. Is Houska PDP the best name for the subdivision plat? Possibly Houska Property, of something like this, is better. This request for a subdivision plat for the Houska Property may be scheduled for an administrative (Type I) public hearing. Staff is in the process of scheduling the hearing. Be sure and return all of the redlined plans by City staff when you re -submit. If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project, please feel free to call me at 221-6341.
