Subject: Adrian Development Proposal
Dear Planning & Zoning Board Members,
This letter is in regard to the Adrian Development Proposal. As their neighbors, we feel that the proposal is
out of character with our existing neighborhood. The proposal of 8 lots, a private driveway, and two story
rooflines does not propose compatibility. Also,it our opinion there is also a major conflict of interest,
considering Mr. Mikal is your own chairman and the AdrianAEs property developer. Excluding himself from
the vote does not eliminate prejudice and unfairness to all.
