P. O. Box 533
LaPorte, CO 80535
Dear Ms. Biggs:
As you may know, I am developing 300 Smith Street, the property immediately north of
your rental property at 304 South Smith Street in Fort Collins. I am proceeding through the
development process with the City of Fort Collins. Because of the limited amount of space
between our respective homes, it may be necessary to take down the fence separating our homes
in order to install utilities inside and along the south side of my lot.
The City has requested that I inform you of this possibility and gain your approval, if it becomes
necessary to temporarily take the fence down for the installation of utilities. Any removal and
replacement of the fence will be at my expense.
Please acknowledge your approval by signing and returning this letter to me. Thank you
for your cooperation.
