Hi Steve,
Attached is a jpeg showing Natural Habitat and Feature Buffer Zone that under the current LUC would be
applied to the proposed annexation. This image will need explaining. As you requested, I am planning to
attend the City Council hearing for 2nd reading of the annexation and zoning on May 4th. Let talk
sometime the afternoon of May 3rd.
