The Light green is flood fringe, the light blue is the floodway, and the red line is the product corridor.
Building in the flood fringe is allowed if it is elevated 18 inches above the 100 year water surface elevation
and flood insurance would be required by a lender. A commercial use would only need to floodproof to 18
above the BFE.
