I have reviewed the tree mitigation plan for this project with the applicant. Site visits were conducted to
determine which trees on the project site were significant. The project protected and preserved several
trees, transplanted some others and mitigate those that had to be removed. The number of up -sized
mitigation replacement trees that needed to placed on the project was identified.
The final plan was reviewed with the applicant to confirm tree protection and mitigation tree numbers, as
required in the code.
